What each one isWhat you get with the account

Inside each platform

For CFDs

Web, desktop, iPhone and Android.

The CFD line runs on MetaTrader 5. If you have traded MT4 or MT5 before, everything carries over — your indicators, your templates, your expert advisors and your muscle memory — and the account appears in the same terminal you already use, on web, desktop, iPhone and Android.

That is a deliberate choice rather than a default. Which terminal a firm runs on is a qualifying question for a trader, because it decides whether years of tooling comes with them or is left behind. MT5 is the one platform where the answer is almost always that it comes with them.

Sign up, complete the order, and your MetaTrader 5 login is issued to your dashboard. There is no deposit and no funding of your own to transfer — the account is opened for you at its full published balance. Identity verification follows in your dashboard as soon as the account is issued.

For Futures

Order flow, volume profile and the live tape, on a dxFeed connection.

The futures line runs on Volumetrica. It is not a retail charting package with a futures symbol list bolted on — it is built around the exchange tape, with order flow, volume profile and the live tape as the primary views rather than as add-ons.

Market data arrives over a dxFeed connection. That matters more on futures than on any other line: order flow analysis is only as good as the feed underneath it, and a delayed or aggregated tape makes the entire method decorative.

This is why the two lines are on different platforms rather than one. MetaTrader 5 is the right terminal for CFDs because that is where a CFD trader's tooling already lives. It is the wrong terminal for order-flow futures, and pretending otherwise would be a worse answer than running two platforms.

Your Volumetrica credentials are issued to your dashboard once the order completes. Volumetrica is an order-flow platform rather than a retail charting package: order flow, volume profile and the live tape are the primary views, and the market data arrives over a dxFeed connection. There is no deposit and nothing of your own to transfer.

CFDs run on MetaTrader 5, so your charts, indicators and expert advisors carry over on web, desktop, iPhone and Android. Futures run on Volumetrica, which is built around order flow, volume profile and the live tape rather than retail charting, with its market data arriving over a dxFeed connection. The platform comes with the account, and every new futures account includes 30 days of market data; after that it is $35 for 30 days, paid from your dashboard.

The data feed

Is the futures data feed included?

The Volumetrica platform is included. Every new futures account includes 30 days of dxFeed market data; after that it is $35 for 30 days, paid from your dashboard, and nothing renews by itself. If you declare yourself a Professional Subscriber to dxFeed, the professional fee of $540 per calendar month set by the exchange is paid by you.

Why two platforms

This is why the two lines are on different platforms rather than one. MetaTrader 5 is the right terminal for CFDs because that is where a CFD trader's tooling already lives. It is the wrong terminal for order-flow futures, and pretending otherwise would be a worse answer than running two platforms.

The risk engineEvery second

Loss limits, watched every second

Every MT5 account and every open position is read in bulk, once a second, and your daily loss and maximum drawdown are measured against the equity that moment. A breach is recorded at the second it happens, with the number that caused it, and the same meters are the ones you see in your dashboard, so there is never a surprise in the morning.

  • Daily loss and maximum drawdown checked on live equity, open trades included
  • The dashboard meters and the rule engine read the same number
  • Without the Weekend Holding add-on, CFD positions close Friday 4:45 PM New York; with it, nothing happens
  • No automatic closures for conduct: a review is always a person at the risk desk
