## Key points

- Payouts are rewards paid by WhitePips on simulated performance, and only from funded accounts in good standing.
- Identity verification must be completed and approved before your first payout is paid.
- The profit split, payout cycle, caps and minimums for your account are the ones in its Plan Specification.
- When you request a payout we confirm that the request has been received. Payouts are paid by bank transfer, in USDT, USDC, BTC or ETH, or as store credit.
- Bank accounts and wallets must be your own. Wrong bank details, addresses or networks are your responsibility, and crypto transfers cannot be reversed.

This summary is here to help you find your way. It is not part of the Payout Policy and does not change it: the full text below is what applies.

## 1 Introduction

1.1

This Payout Policy explains how simulated profit shares (“payouts”) are earned, requested, verified, and paid on WhitePips simulated funded accounts. It forms part of, and should be read together with, the [Terms of Service](https://whitepips.com/legal/terms) , the Plan Specification of the account (which, with the [Trading Rules](https://whitepips.com/legal/trading-rules) , is what earlier documents called the Challenge Terms), the [Trading Rules](https://whitepips.com/legal/trading-rules) , and the anti-money laundering sections of the [Terms of Service](https://whitepips.com/legal/terms) (the AML Policy).

1.2

WhitePips accounts operate on simulated capital. A payout is a reward paid by the Company to a trader who has demonstrated qualifying simulated performance under an eligible account, not a withdrawal of the trader’s own deposited funds or of real trading profits.

1.3

**Words used in this policy.** Capitalised terms, such as Funded Account, Plan Specification, Simulated Profit and Store Credit, have the meanings given in the [Terms of Service](https://whitepips.com/legal/terms) .

Next _2 Eligibility_

## 2 Eligibility

2.1

A trader becomes eligible to request a payout only when all of the following are true:

1. the account is a simulated funded account in good standing;
2. the account is not in a challenge or evaluation stage;
3. the account has not been breached, terminated, or placed under manual review;
4. the minimum number of profitable trading days for the plan has been completed;
5. the applicable payout cycle has elapsed; and
6. identity verification (KYC) has been completed and approved.

2.2

Accounts that are still in a challenge stage, or that have been breached, cannot request a payout. Where both states could apply, the more restrictive state controls.

2.3

**Further conditions.** In addition, and where the Plan Specification includes them:

1. any buffer balance, payout eligibility amount or payout profit goal has been reached;
2. the consistency rule that applies at the payout stage is met;
3. no strike, warning or rule review on the account is unresolved;
4. there is no open chargeback or payment dispute on your Account;
5. you are not resident, a national of, or located in a Restricted Jurisdiction; and
6. you have given valid payout details in your own name, as described in section 10 (Payment methods and timing).

Next _3 Identity verification before the first payout_

## 3 Identity verification before the first payout

3.1

**Required once, then as needed.** Your identity must be verified and approved before your first payout is paid. We may ask you to verify again before a later payout, for example if your details, device, location, bank account or wallet change, or if a document has expired.

3.2

**Names must match.** The name on your identification, your Account, and your bank account or wallet ownership must match.

3.3

**If verification fails.** If you do not complete verification within the time stated in our request, or verification shows you are not eligible or have given false information, the payout is not paid and the consequences in [Terms of Service, section 7 (Identity verification (KYC))](https://whitepips.com/legal/terms#kyc) apply.

Next _4 Profit split_

## 4 Profit split

4.1

Payouts are calculated as the trader’s agreed profit share of the eligible simulated profit on the account, as stated for the relevant plan at the time of purchase. Any add-on or promotional adjustment to the profit share applies only where expressly granted and remains subject to these terms.

4.2

**CFD and Instant accounts.** On CFD and Instant accounts your profit share is the one published for the plan: on Edge 1 Step and Edge 2 Step it starts at 80% and rises to a maximum of 95%; on Instant Pro it starts at 75% and rises to a maximum of 90%; on Instant Go it starts at 70% and rises to a maximum of 85%, in each case by 5 percentage points for each scaling cycle met under section 15 (Scaling); and on Prime 1 Step and Prime 2 Step it is 80% for the first 30 days funded, then 100%, and does not rise with scaling. Each strike on a funded account means the next payout is paid at a 10% split, and a Prime account moved to a standard funded account loses the 100% split, as described in the [Trading Rules](https://whitepips.com/legal/trading-rules) . A funded Prime account also earns a salary of 1% of the account size a month, accrued daily from the day it is funded. Accounts bought on plans retired on 29 September 2026 keep the split and payout options they were sold with. Accounts bought before 21 September 2026 keep the split they were sold with: 85% from day one, 90% with the paid profit split upgrade, rising through scaling steps to a maximum of 95%.

4.3

**Futures accounts.** On futures accounts the profit split is 90/10: 90% to you.

4.4

**Where the figure is recorded.** The profit share for your account is the one shown in its Plan Specification at checkout and recorded in your dashboard, together with any upgrade you bought for that account and any scaling step you have been approved for.

4.5

**How it is calculated.** Eligible simulated profit is the net closed profit counted for the payout, after any exclusions under the [Trading Rules](https://whitepips.com/legal/trading-rules) . Your payout is your profit share of that amount, subject to the caps and conditions in section 7 (Minimum and maximum amounts).

4.6

**Published split by plan.** The table in section 6 (Published payout terms by plan) shows the published funded-stage terms at the date of this policy.

Next _5 Payout cycles_

## 5 Payout cycles

5.1

Each account pays out on a defined cycle. The cycle countdown begins on the account’s activation date and runs for the period stated for the plan. A payout may be requested once a cycle completes and the eligibility conditions in section 2 (Eligibility) are met. On the CFD and Instant plans at the date of this policy, the first payout is on demand: it may be requested once the funded account has traded and the eligibility conditions are met, and later payouts follow the plan’s cycle. The futures plans at the date of this policy pay on demand, as described in the [Trading Rules](https://whitepips.com/legal/trading-rules) .

5.2

**What the published cycles mean.** “Instant Payouts” means a payout may be requested whenever the eligibility conditions are met. “Up To Weekly” means a payout may be requested at most once every seven days. “Weekly” means at most once every seven days. “Bi-weekly” means at most once every fourteen days. “Monthly” means at most once every thirty days. “On demand” means a payout may be requested whenever the eligibility conditions are met. On a plan that pays daily, a payout may be requested at most once per Trading Day, subject to its daily maximum and minimum. Where the Plan Specification does not state a cycle, the cycle shown in your dashboard applies.

5.3

**Next cycle.** After a payout is paid, the next cycle starts from the date of that payout unless the Plan Specification says otherwise.

Next _6 Published payout terms by plan_

## 6 Published payout terms by plan

Funded-stage payout terms as published on the plan board on 29 September 2026. The Plan Specification recorded at purchase, and your dashboard, govern your account.

Next _7 Minimum and maximum amounts_

## 7 Minimum and maximum amounts

7.1

**Minimum payout.** On CFD and Instant accounts the minimum payout is 1% of the initial balance. On the futures plans the minimum payout is US$500, measured before the profit split. A payout to a cryptocurrency wallet must also be at least US$100, the payment provider’s minimum; a smaller eligible amount may be paid by bank transfer or requested later.

7.2

The Company may set a minimum payout amount below which a request cannot be submitted, and may apply reasonable per-cycle limits consistent with the plan. Any such limits are shown in the dashboard at the time of the request. On CFD and Instant accounts, at most US$2,000 is paid out of one account in any seven days; eligible profit above that stays on the account for a later request. The futures plans publish their own maximum payout per payout instead (section 7.3).

7.3

**Payout caps.** Where a Plan Specification states a payout cap, a first-payout cap, a later-payout cap or a maximum daily payout, the amount paid in that payout cannot exceed it. Eligible profit above the cap stays on the account and may be requested in a later cycle, subject to the rules that apply then.

7.4

**Minimums and goals.** Where a Plan Specification states a payout eligibility amount, a minimum payout cadence, a buffer balance or a payout profit goal, a payout cannot be requested until it has been reached. On a CFD account, no payout may be requested from an account while any of its recoverable rules (High-Frequency Trading, Profit Concentration (Single Trade) and Liquidity Abuse, as described in section 8 of the Trading Rules) is over its limit; payouts on that account resume automatically once every such rule is back within its limit, and your other accounts are not affected.

7.5

**Maximum Allocation.** Scaling and the number of Funded Accounts you hold are limited by the Maximum Allocation described in [Terms of Service, section 13 (Evaluation programs and funded accounts)](https://whitepips.com/legal/terms#evaluations) .

Next _8 Requesting a payout_

## 8 Requesting a payout

8.1

Payout requests are made from the trader’s dashboard. When you submit a request:

1. open positions may be required to be closed before the request is processed;
2. the eligible profit amount is calculated from confirmed, closed results; and
3. the request is checked against the Trading Rules and the strike record for the account.

8.2

Submitting a payout request also triggers any applicable overnight or weekend reset conditions described in the account’s add-on terms.

8.3

**Choosing where it goes.** When you request a payout, you choose the payout method, and the bank account or wallet it goes to, from the options available in the dashboard.

8.4

**Confirmation codes.** A new payout destination, and every payout request, is confirmed with a one-time 6-digit code sent to your account email address. The code expires after a short time and can be used once. Never share it: WhitePips will never ask you for it.

8.5

**Receipt.** Every request receives an automatic receipt confirming it has been received. If we need more information to process a request, we will ask you for it.

8.6

**Cancelling a request.** You may cancel a request that has not yet been processed. Once processing has started, a request cannot be changed or cancelled.

Next _9 Verification and approval_

## 9 Verification and approval

9.1

WhitePips may verify any payout request against the Terms of Service, the Trading Rules and this Payout Policy before payment, and may refuse a request that breaches them. Making a request does not by itself entitle you to payment. Verification may include:

1. confirmation that identity verification is complete and current;
2. a check for any open Trading Rules review or unresolved strike;
3. a consistency check under the Trade Consistency Rule;
4. a check of the account against every Trading Rule, including the practices the Trading Rules list for manual review, which may be checked without a warning beforehand;
5. standard anti-fraud and sanctions screening; and
6. checks that the bank account or wallet belongs to you and passes screening.

9.2

Where verification identifies a confirmed breach, the payout may be reduced or withheld in accordance with the Trading Rules. A soft-breach strike record may reduce an otherwise eligible payout. Where no issue is found, the payout is approved for payment.

9.3

**Possible outcomes.** A request may be approved in full, approved in part with the reason given, held while more information is obtained, or refused with the reason given, except where the law or the protection of our detection methods prevents us from explaining.

9.4

**No automatic entitlement.** A request is not approved or paid merely because it has been made. Passing the automated checks (identity, measured profit, confirmed destination and our internal limits) does not by itself approve a request, and WhitePips may refuse a request that breaches these Terms, the Trading Rules or this Payout Policy.

9.5

**Payment.** Once a request is approved, it is paid using the payout method on file for your Account. No time is promised for the verification, processing or arrival of a payout.

Next _10 Payment methods and timing_

## 10 Payment methods and timing

10.1

Approved payouts are paid using the methods made available in your dashboard, which may include bank transfer, supported cryptocurrency rails, and Store Credit. You are responsible for providing accurate payment details. Payments are made to an account or wallet in the trader’s own name; third-party payments are not permitted.

10.2

When an approved payout reaches you depends on the payment method, banking hours, network conditions, and any additional verification that may be required.

10.3

**Methods available.** At the date of this policy, payouts can be paid:

1. by bank transfer (SEPA, in euros) to a bank account in your own name, where the country of residence you gave at sign-up is in the SEPA area;
2. in cryptocurrency, as USDT, USDC, BTC or ETH, to a wallet you control, on the networks shown in the dashboard for each coin; or
3. as Store Credit on your Account.

10.4

**Arrival.** We do not promise or estimate when a payout will arrive. Arrival depends on banks and their cut-off times, weekends and public holidays in every country involved, blockchain network conditions, and compliance checks by us, our providers and your bank.

10.5

**Currency.** Payouts are calculated in US dollars. A bank transfer is sent in euros by SEPA, converted from the US dollar amount at the rate available to us when it is processed, and a crypto payout is sent in the coin you choose, converted as described in section 12 (Cryptocurrency payouts).

10.6

**Changes to methods.** We may add, suspend or withdraw payout methods, coins or networks. The methods shown in the dashboard when you request a payout are the ones available.

Next _11 Bank transfer payouts_

## 11 Bank transfer payouts

11.1

**Your own account.** The bank account must be held in your own name, as it appears on your verified identification. Payouts to accounts of family members, friends, companies, joint accounts where you are not a named holder, or any other third party are not permitted.

11.2

**Correct details are your responsibility.** You must give complete and correct bank details, including the account holder name, bank name, IBAN, BIC where your bank gives one, and your address, and keep them up to date. WhitePips is not responsible for a delay, loss or fee caused by incomplete or incorrect details you provided.

11.3

**Bank fees.** Your bank, and any intermediary or correspondent bank involved in the transfer, may deduct fees. Those fees are yours and can reduce the amount that arrives.

11.4

**Currency conversion.** If your account is in a different currency from the transfer, your bank or an intermediary may convert it at its own exchange rate and charge for doing so. WhitePips is not responsible for the rate applied or for the difference it makes.

11.5

**Returned or rejected transfers.** If a transfer is rejected or returned, for example because the name does not match, the account is closed or the details are wrong, we will tell you once the funds come back to us. You must then give corrected details, and we will re-send the amount received back, less any fees the banks deducted. A re-sent transfer may need to be verified again. We are not liable for fees or delays caused by a return.

11.6

**Screening.** Bank payouts are screened for sanctions and anti-money laundering purposes by WhitePips, its payout providers and the banks involved. A payout may be delayed, held or refused as a result, and banks may ask for information about you and the payment, which you agree to provide.

11.7

**Countries and banks.** We may be unable to pay to banks in certain countries, or to certain types of account, because of sanctions, our providers’ restrictions or the bank’s own policy. Another method may then be offered.

Next _12 Cryptocurrency payouts_

## 12 Cryptocurrency payouts

12.1

**Coins and networks.** Crypto payouts are available in USDT, USDC, BTC and ETH, each on the network or networks shown in the dashboard for that coin. Only choose a network that your receiving wallet supports for that coin.

12.2

**Wrong address or network.** You are responsible for the wallet address, the network, and any memo or tag your wallet needs. A payout sent to the address and network you provided is final, even if they were wrong or belong to someone else, and WhitePips cannot recover it.

12.3

**Irreversible.** Blockchain transfers cannot be reversed or cancelled once sent.

12.4

**Exchange deposit addresses.** If you give the address of an account at an exchange, you are responsible for making sure that exchange accepts the coin on that network and credits it to you.

12.5

**Conversion and volatility.** For USDT and USDC, the US dollar payout amount is sent at face value. For BTC and ETH, the US dollar amount is converted at the rate available to us when the payout is processed. Prices can move sharply before, during and after the transfer, and WhitePips is not responsible for changes in value.

12.6

**Network fees.** Blockchain network fees vary. Any network or processing fee that applies to your payout is shown before you confirm the request.

12.7

**Your wallet.** You must control the wallet and keep its keys secure. We may ask you to prove that you control it, for example by a signed message or a small test transaction.

Next _13 Credit balance, wallet and Store Credit_

## 13 Credit balance, wallet and Store Credit

13.1

Eligible amounts are reflected in the trader’s dashboard wallet, together with any promotional credit balance granted under the promotion’s conditions, as described in [Terms of Service, section 10 (Promotions and discount codes)](https://whitepips.com/legal/terms#promotions) . Promotional credit is not itself a cash entitlement and is governed by those conditions. Only confirmed, eligible profit share is payable as a payout.

13.2

**Store Credit as a payout.** You may choose to receive a payout as Store Credit. Store Credit can be used towards WhitePips products. It has no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for a bank or crypto payout once issued, and any expiry that applies is shown when it is issued.

13.3

**If your Account closes.** Unused Store Credit is forfeited if your Account is closed for a breach of the [Terms of Service](https://whitepips.com/legal/terms) . If your Account is closed for any other reason, the [Terms of Service](https://whitepips.com/legal/terms) explain what happens to it.

Next _14 After a payout_

## 14 After a payout

14.1

**The account after a payout.** After a payout is paid, the simulated balance is adjusted for the profit paid out, and any effect on the account’s drawdown level, payout caps or next cycle is as set out in the Plan Specification and shown in the dashboard.

14.2

**Instant Accounts.** On Instant Accounts bought on plans retired on 29 September 2026, the minimum trading activity cycle described in the [Trading Rules](https://whitepips.com/legal/trading-rules) resets on each approved payout. Instant Pro and Instant Go have no such cycle.

14.3

**Fee refund.** On Prime 1 Step and Prime 2 Step, the Fee for the account is refunded in full once the account is funded and in profit after 30 days. On an evaluation plan whose Plan Specification states that the Fee is refundable with the first payout, it is paid with the first approved payout, by the same method as that payout, as described in [Refund Policy, section 10 (Fee refund with the first payout)](https://whitepips.com/legal/refund-policy#fee-refund-with-first-payout) .

Next _15 Scaling_

## 15 Scaling

15.1

Traders who meet the criteria for account scaling receive an increase to account size in accordance with the Plan Specification, applied automatically. Scaling does not alter amounts already earned in a completed cycle and applies to future performance on the scaled account.

15.2

**Automatic.** Scaling runs in 90-day cycles on funded CFD accounts. A cycle is met when, on that cycle, at least 50 trades were closed, the net profit reached the plan's target on the current account size (12% on 1 Step, 10% on 2 Step, 15% on Instant), at least 2 of its 3 months were profitable (all 3 on Instant and Prime), no single trade made more than 7.5% of the cycle's profit (5% on Instant and Prime) and no Trading Rule warning was raised. A cycle met raises the account size by 30%, up to $680,000 ($340,000 on Instant), and the profit split by 5 points up to the plan's ceiling (95% on Edge, 90% on Instant Pro, 85% on Instant Go; Prime keeps its own split), automatically and once the criteria shown in the dashboard are met. A cycle that ends with a criterion unmet, or a warning, starts a new cycle. Scaling cannot take your combined account size above the Maximum Allocation.

Next _16 Breach and forfeiture_

## 16 Breach and forfeiture

16.1

Simulated profit recorded on an account that is breached, terminated for cause, or found to have violated the Trading Rules or these terms is void and carries no entitlement to any payout. Where a breach is identified after a payout has been requested but before it is paid, the payout may be cancelled.

16.2

**Payouts found to be invalid later.** If a payout, or a fee refund paid with it, is later found to have been obtained through a breach, Prohibited Conduct, false information or an error, it must be repaid, as described in [Terms of Service, section 17 (Consequences of a breach)](https://whitepips.com/legal/terms#breach) .

Next _17 Holding a payout while we investigate_

## 17 Holding a payout while we investigate

17.1

**Right to hold.** WhitePips may hold a payout request, and pause further payouts from the Account, while it investigates a suspected breach, Prohibited Conduct, fraud, a chargeback, a sanctions or anti-money laundering concern, an identity or ownership question, or a request from a bank, payment provider or authority.

17.2

**How long.** A payout is held only for as long as reasonably necessary to complete the investigation, or for as long as the law or an authority requires. We will tell you that a payout is on hold unless the law prevents us.

17.3

**No interest.** No interest or compensation is payable for the period a payout is held.

17.4

**Outcome.** When the investigation ends, the payout is paid, reduced or refused according to its outcome.

Next _18 Taxes_

## 18 Taxes

18.1

Traders are solely responsible for determining and meeting any tax, reporting, or social-contribution obligations that arise from payouts in their country of residence. WhitePips does not provide tax advice and does not withhold taxes on the trader’s behalf unless required to do so by applicable law.

18.2

**Information for tax purposes.** We may ask for tax residency or tax identification information, and may report payouts to tax authorities, where the law requires it. Payouts can be delayed until information required by law is received.

Next _19 Payout fees_

## 19 Payout fees

19.1

**Shown before you confirm.** Any processing or network fee that WhitePips applies to a payout is shown in the dashboard before you confirm the request.

19.2

**Third-party fees.** Fees charged by your bank, by intermediary or correspondent banks, by currency conversion, by your exchange or wallet provider, or by a blockchain network outside our control are yours.

Next _20 Failed and unclaimed payouts_

## 21 Fraud, AML, and sanctions

21.1

Payouts are subject to the anti-money laundering and verification controls described in the [Terms of Service](https://whitepips.com/legal/terms) (the AML Policy and the KYC Policy). The Company may pause, withhold, or decline a payout where it is required to do so by law, where identity verification is incomplete, where a sanctions or fraud concern arises, or where the payout details cannot be reconciled with the verified account holder.

## 22 Changes to this policy

22.1

WhitePips may update this Payout Policy from time to time. Material changes will be published on the WhitePips website, and the current version governs all payout requests submitted after it takes effect.

22.2

**Plan terms stay fixed.** A change to this policy does not change the profit split, payout cycle or payout caps in the Plan Specification of an account you have already bought, except where the [Terms of Service](https://whitepips.com/legal/terms) allow. Accounts bought on plans retired on 29 September 2026 keep the payout terms they were sold with.
